How Emirex Finance handles this area.
Our role
Emirex Finance is a commercial finance intermediary and is not a lender. Emirex Finance is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We only help UK limited companies with business finance. Introducing limited companies to finance providers is generally not an activity regulated by the FCA.
We do not arrange finance for individuals, sole traders or partnerships, or any form of consumer credit, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice.
No guarantee of finance
Finance is subject to status, eligibility and approval by the relevant finance provider. We cannot guarantee that finance will be offered or the terms on which it may be offered.
Fees and commission
Emirex may receive commission from finance providers for successful introductions. Further information regarding remuneration is available on request. State whether any fee is payable by the client, when, and how it is calculated.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete, and to tell us if it changes.
Liability, complaints and governing law
Liability terms to be drafted. Complaints are handled under our complaints procedure. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
